- Years One and Two. You are an employee with a $52,000/year salary + benefits, and a 10% commission
- Year Three. Your commission increases to 25% and you are now responsible for all expenses such as truck payment, gas, maintenance and promotional materials> Now you’re getting ready to graduate.
- Year Four. You are a CEO! We will mentor and guide you to teach you how to operate the business side of this industry. You will have a Five year exclusivity contract with American Hose Pro.

After a set period of time, you can walk away owning everything — the name, the phone number, the customers, the operation.
